Jack Gainer 
Chief Executive Officer
Jack Gainer became the Chief Executive Officer of MBA Focus in 2010 and is a minority shareholder. He brings nearly two decades of senior management experience in information technology, recruiting and consumer products to the firm. MBA Focus is Jack’s 4th entrepreneurial growth business. He previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of O-Cedar Brands, Inc., was a key member of the senior management team that took Drypers Corporation public and was President and founder of a highly successful personnel and staffing franchise. Jack started his career at Ernst & Young, where he was a founding member of the Entrepreneurial Services Group. Jack graduated cum laude from Marietta College in Marietta, Ohio.
Darrell Dewese
Vice President, Product Development
Darrell, VP of Product Development, is a co-founder and minority shareholder of MBA Focus. He has total oversight of all aspects related to product development provided by the company. In 1999, Darrell began his career within the MBA recruiting industry as an applications developer at Resume-Link. He was later promoted to technology manager at Resume-Link and served in the same capacity at BrassRing, following Resume-Link’s acquisition. Darrell earned a Bachelor of Science degree in computer information sciences from The Ohio State University.
Dave Hoy
Director, Products and Partner Support
Dave, Director, Products and Partner Support, is a co-founder and minority shareholder of MBA Focus. His role with the organization is operational, and he focuses on ensuring that MBA Focus is providing quality products and services to all partners and clients. Dave has been immersed in the MBA recruiting business since 1990, and helped pioneer the first MBA resume database products that were distributed to recruiters. Dave graduated magna cum laude from Franklin University with a major in computer management.
Heather Krumpak
Vice President, School Relations
Heather, VP of School Relations, is a co-founder and minority shareholder of MBA Focus. She is responsible for all school partnerships and oversees the delivery of services to each of these school partners. Heather is also responsible for the company's continuing development of the alumni services division. Heather is a graduate of Ohio University with a major in communications.
Todd Erdy
Vice President, Global Partnerships
Todd is responsible for formulating strategies for the sales team, developing key strategic relationships and driving revenue growth. Todd previously served as Executive Vice President for a Crane Group Company and held key management positions with The Staubach Company, DirecTV Broadband and Sprint. Todd earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Ohio University.
